1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation Window: Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed, provided they have not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order has entered the fulfilment process, cancellation is no longer possible.
Processed or Dispatched Orders: If your order has already been processed or dispatched by the time you contact us, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy once your order has been delivered.
