What if my delivery arrives partially thawed?
Frozen raw products can arrive slightly soft in warmer weather but are usually safe if still chilled. If you have any concerns about the condition of your order, please contact us.
How should I store my order?
Keep products frozen at -18°C until needed.
How do I defrost raw dog food?
Defrost the amount you need in the fridge and use it within 24–48 hours of thawing. Do not refreeze once fully thawed, and remove any uneaten food after 20–30 minutes.
How much should I feed my dog?
Adult dogs are typically fed around 2–3% of their body weight each day. Puppies usually need more, depending on growth stage and breed size. See our feeding guide.
How do I switch my dog to raw food?
Most dogs can switch gradually over 5–7 days by mixing increasing amounts of raw food with their current food. Some dogs can switch straight away, depending on how sensitive their digestion is.
