Feeding guide
Adult dogs are typically fed around 2–3% of their body weight each day. Puppies usually need more, depending on growth stage and breed size.
Most dogs can switch gradually over 5–7 days by mixing increasing amounts of raw food with their current food. Read the full feeding guide.
Storage & defrosting
Keep frozen at -18°C until needed. Defrost the amount you need in the fridge and use within 24–48 hours of thawing. Do not refreeze once fully thawed. Remove any uneaten food after 20–30 minutes.

We deliver frozen across the UK in insulated packaging, and UK delivery is free.
Frozen food can arrive slightly soft in warmer weather. If you have any concerns about the condition of your order, contact us.

Subscriptions
You can pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time. There's no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

Please cancel at least 48 hours before your next order date. Orders already being prepared can't be cancelled, but no further orders will be sent.

How to feed
Beef heart is best fed as part of a varied raw diet. Rotate it with our complete mixes such as the Chicken & Vegetable or Variety Box so your dog gets bone and organ too. As a guide, adult dogs eat around 2–3% of their ideal body weight per day in total, adjusted for age, activity and body condition. If you're unsure, check with your vet.
Storage & defrosting
- Keep frozen at -18°C until needed.
- Defrost a pack in the fridge overnight. Keep it chilled and use it within 24 hours. Don't refreeze.
- Wash your hands, bowls and surfaces after handling raw meat.
