Feeding guide
Adult dogs are typically fed around 2–3% of their body weight each day. Puppies usually need more, depending on growth stage and breed size.
Most dogs can switch gradually over 5–7 days by mixing increasing amounts of raw food with their current food. Read the full feeding guide.
Storage & defrosting
Keep frozen at -18°C until needed. Defrost the amount you need in the fridge and use within 24–48 hours of thawing. Do not refreeze once fully thawed. Remove any uneaten food after 20–30 minutes.
Delivery
We deliver frozen across the UK in insulated packaging, and UK delivery is free.
Frozen food can arrive slightly soft in warmer weather. If you have any concerns about the condition of your order, contact us.

Subscriptions

How to feed
As a guide, adult dogs eat around 2–3% of their ideal body weight per day, split over one or two meals. Puppies need more. Adjust for activity and body condition. When switching from kibble, move over gradually across 5–7 days.

- Defrost a pack in the fridge overnight. Keep it chilled and use it within 24 hours. Don't refreeze.
- Wash your hands, bowls and surfaces after handling raw meat.
